The view was the best we’ve ever seen and the rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed! It’s also a great location, next to the beach and many local restaurants, would highly recommend to travellers going to Da Nang!

I Loved staying at Danny’s place at the A La Carte, amazing location, super attentive host, clean property, the price was at the upper end of what you’ll pay in DaNang but well worth it. No unpleasant travel surprises. Plus the unit is located within a managed Hotel property so you can order food downstairs or use the rooftop restaurant at no additional fee when and if you get tired of the local restaurants which were mostly fantastic. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Even though Enmy’s apartment is a studio unit, her place is very spacious and very clean. I love the large bathroom, especially the shower stall that actually has a door to prevent water from splattering all over the floor. Enmy is very friendly and nice, we are very grateful that she allowed us to check in much earlier than scheduled check-in time.

We had an excellent stay at Tung's place. The suite is beautiful and well maintained, and the view is spectacular. The apartment itself is centrally located, and we could get around pretty easily. Tung is extremely responsive and always available to help. We managed to lock ourselves out on one occasion, and he was kind enough to arrange for a key within 30 mins. We'd love to be back here if we ever visit Danang. I highly recommend the place :)

This is my second time staying at Ian's Place and it's amazing as usual. The location is very convenient to go to both Anbang's Beach and also Hoi An Old Town. The space is spacious for two, clean honestly the price is such a steal. The host and her assistant are very responsive and well-communicated as usual.

Great location away from the bustle of Da Nang.

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The architecture of the building and apt is unique with nice interior touches. The location is walkable to the beach with many excellent local restaurants right outside of the door. The hosts are exceptional, providing housekeeping if desired and even left fresh towels and water bottles at the door when we didn’t. We also tried several of their restaurant recommendations which were all great. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a safe local neighborhood close to the beach, then this is for you!

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

This was an amazing apartment right across the street from the beach. It was in a perfect location with so many great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to see and do. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect to watch the sunrise. Ruby and her team were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great stay. Overall, I had a great stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely resort a 5min walk to the beach. Not many options for food outside of the resort. We took a 5 min taxi to A bang beach for dinner every night.

Wonderful stay! Phuoc the host is so welcoming and responsive, he really made the experience so great! The apartment itself is spotless and clean; new furniture, modern layout, new appliances. Location is ideal; within a couple blocks of the beach and with lots of good restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away, yet still quiet and peaceful on a side street. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Da Nang!

Had a lovely stay at this apartment with super responsive communication. Great location right across the road from the beach and some great rooftop bars. Rooftop pool also had amazing views :)

Everything is good and host is so kind

We moved to this unit because the other suite was already booked but this one is equally great! It has its own fully equipped kitchenette with cookware, a laundry machine with a steam dryer, and an en-suite bathroom stocked with toiletries. The unit has great soundproofing. We’re quietly working inside the unit (at a proper table with upright chairs) and were surprised when we stepped outside, and there was loud karaoke from the neighbors and roosters crowing in the morning. None of that could be heard from inside the unit! The facilities outside the unit are impressively well maintained! Every morning when I step out to grab my coffee, I’m amazed (i.e. trash bins are already emptied, and everything’s perfectly back in place). It’s like the day’s already in full swing before the sun’s even up! Thuý is incredibly responsive. She answers every question or request we have, 100% of the time. With all the great things mentioned above, I’d say this place offers excellent value for money!

From the moment I made the booking, Lala has been very helpful and responsive, meeting us upon arrival. She’s an amazing person with a beautiful house located between the rice fields,. It’s very private and discreet with a cozy/ homie atmosphere built with amazing recycled materials. Lala’s husband built the entire place and it’s very clear they put so much effort, love and care into their villa, huge respect. The location has an amazing local cafe / restaurant that is owned by them, called the Roving Chill House and guests receive 10% discount. It is 3min by bike or 10min by walk, the food is spot on and the coffee, wow! I came with a group of 3 friends, we had an amazing time and experience. I’m definitely coming back and I wish Lala and her family so much success and happiness with their business. I loved every moment of the experience I had in this villa in Hoi An. They provide bikes for free and I attended a local gym everyday called Công Mạnh Fitness Gym Center 5min by bike.

The host is friendly, and you can use a large space at a lower price than a hotel. It's even better that Han Market, cafes, and famous restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. There's no breakfast because it's not a hotel, but it feels like you're fully enjoying your trip by eating and drinking a cup of coffee at a local restaurant within 5 minutes on foot rather than having a hotel breakfast. 5 minutes to Pink Church, 5 minutes to Han Market, 5 minutes to Kong Cafe, etc. The best accessibility. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the towels smelled good. It's convenient to have a washing machine, and it's nice that the laundry dries quickly. I recommend it.

This place is 5 stars on its own merits... but when you factor in the value, it should be 10. It's conveniently located equal distance from both Old Town and An Bang beach. There are bicycles to use but I opted to rent a motorbike. Even though the kitchen is shared I never a problem using it. Having a drier available is not common even in more expensive rentals. I was here ~4 months and would definitely stat here again.

Hien's apartment was exactly as described and as per the photos. Stunning city view from the high floor, just across the road from the beach and with all the amenities needed for my small family of 3. The washer and dryer were very useful for us. A few minimarts within walking distance, and easy enough to travel anywhere via grab. There is also a space in the lobby for grab food deliveries, allowing for contactless drop-offs. Hien was very responsive to texts, would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to Da Nang!
