Welcome to our property directly adjacent to the scenic Högbo Bruk (500m) where it is offered including Mtb courses, padel courts, canoe rentals, swimming, fishing and golf in the summer months. There's also a high altitude track to test on for the adventurous. In winter there are many nice cross-country ski tracks and an ice skating rink available, if you like downhill skiing, the royal mountain is about 25 minutes drive from here. Private parking lot with possibility to charge for electric car. Centrum about 5-6km away.

Stay with proximity to amazing Högbo Bruk. Newly-built studio about 85m2 with open plan living. Sleeps 4 spread over 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Bed linen is included. There is also a children's travel bed and a high chair for the smallest guests. The apartment has a kitchen part and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a private fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, TV and WIFI. In the bathroom there is access to shampoo, shower gel as well as hand towels and bath towels. Parking included.

Grindstugan Högbo

Welcome to Grindstugan in Högbo. This small newly renovated house is located in a rural area just 2 km south of Högbo Bruk in Sandviken. Högbo offers a variety of activities such as cross-country ski trails, paddle courts, MTB, canoe, bathing area, café and restaurant. To the center of Sandviken you have barely 5 km. Here you will find shopping, grocery stores, popular adventure bath Parkbadet, Göransson arena and several restaurants. Grindstugan is also only a 30-minute drive from Kungsberget Ski Resort.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Bedroom in suterrid floor a staircase downstairs with shower and Sauna and with exit to large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport links. Gävle city centre is located at 40 min walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Guest house in Högbo

Welcome to our guesthouse in the cottage area Hästhagen at lake Öjaren. A couple of minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget ski and bike facility. Walking distance to lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter 5 km skating rink on the lake in a few minutes walking distance.

Stay in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn in the countryside.

You live in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn, secluded, on our property. An apartment about 70 sqm housed in a barn, sleeps 6, spread over 4 bunk beds and a shareable double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. We have provided “Kråkboet” with a Google Home device. If you don't want to use it, just unplug it. :) It is, however, an invaluable aid for, for example, visually impaired.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
