We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

hai's place is comfortable and communication is smooth. It matched the photos, and the view was nice.
