Condo vacation rentals in Hóc Môn

We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Lovely stay and a lovelier host. Great place at a very convenient location with quick and easy access to everything we were after. Helen (host) was super accommodating and made the entire experience as smooth as butter. Definitely a spot to come back to!

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

Thanks to Jenny, the host, for her kindness. She waited to help me check in and guided me in person. The mattress in the small room was uncomfortable for my back because it was sunken in the middle, but overall it was a satisfactory bed.

Vie always responds timely to all of our requests when we noticed any missing kitchen or cleaning supplies, or any items you feel should be provided with the rental. The apartment gets thoroughly cleaned by a team of 2 every 5 days is something we didn't expect. The huge infinity pool with a fabulous city view on 7th floor also is a plus, especially after a good workout in the gym on the 8th floor. The view of the river from all three rooms is simply gorgeous and peaceful. We would recommend Vie's place to anyone who wishes to visit Thao Dien.

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

A convenient location to the airport in a nice building with a bunch of food, coffee and tea nearby.

The house is small but cozy and comfortable. The evening view is very beautiful, especially when it rains. What's special is that it's on a high floor but not noisy at all; it's very quiet and perfect for resting, studying, and working.

The accommodation is just right for a short layover, comfortable, clean and quiet. The apartment complex does have several eating, drinking establishments as well as a well-stock supermarket yet we just use Grab (taxi) to get to District 1 for a night out with evening meal etc. It's possible to walk to the airport from there but it can be a challenge if one has luggage considering uneven street surface. We reckon it would take around 20 minutes on foot to get from the accommodation to the International Terminal. We took Grab to the International Terminal.

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!

The whole experience was great. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner at the start so the host made an effort to accommodate our booking. Despite the back and forth moving, we were thankful to have a place to stay. The team was also helpful in helping us moving between the units in the building. Would recommend to friends.

it is very far from the airport and main city but it is worth staying here as resident for a week or long to enjoy the fast developing city
