Очень хорошая квартира. Абсолютно новая, красивая, чистая и удобная. Если можно было бы поставить 6 звезд - поставил бы. За такую цену - очень хорошая квартира. Внутри даже был хороший чайный набор. Хозяин быстро отвечает и помогает заселиться. Единственный минус - локация находится далеко, поэтому рассчитывайте, что до достопримечательностей придется ехать на такси примерно 20 минут за 10 долларов. Рядом не будет кафе и магазинов. Но сами апартаменты превосходят все ожидания

A cosy place in Ninh Binh. There is a market/small shops nearby. The place is really nicely equipped. Despite located on a busy street, the bedroom is in the back and quiet. Host is responsive and accommodating.

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa ! Dès l’arrivée, j’ai été bluffé par le charme du lieu spacieux, calme, super bien décoré, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Tout était nickel, rien ne manquait. Et surtout, l’hôte a été génial : hyper réactif, sympa, attentionné… on sent qu’il tient vraiment à ce que ses invités passent un bon moment. Franchement, c’était une parenthèse parfaite. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout ! 🙏

Such a perfect stay from start to finish! The host was super friendly, waited for us to arrive and helped us with our stuff to the room. Located right in the edge of Tam Cốc, close enough to access the centre, but far enough so you are surrounded by nature. Just a few steps down the road, you are greeted with their gorgeous limestone mountains. The host was able to help find motorbikes for us, But cycles are able to be rented for free too. The place also came with free breakfast, which was a great touch and a great way to start the day. The grounds keeping ladies were adorable, and they offer room cleaning too. Overall, such a great stay, we spent a total of 6 days but wish we could stay for more. A great place to explore Ninh Bình.

Le was one of the best hosts I have ever had. Fully accommodated to everything we needed including a late checkout. The house easily fit 8 of us and was a great place. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at this homestay! It’s run by a wonderful family—the host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s mom was especially warm and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt via un bus de nuit et malgré le fait que le Check in se faisait qu’à partir de 14h nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès 11h dans notre chambre, et en attendant nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Les hôtesses parlent bien anglais, ce qui nous a facilité les échanges, notre chambre était propre et avait une salle de bain privative, possibilité de louer des vélos à la journée. Logement très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé et calme. Le petit plus : une bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte par personne en partant

Thanh and his wife host a fantastic homestay! Thanh is a super fast person to get in touch with, and offers various recommendations for the local area. He can also arrange bus tickets to pick you up from the place as well. The place is very clean, AC is great, and the WiFi is also fast. Side note, can’t tell from the photos but the rooms also come with a mini fridge and large plug-in fan. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.

Happy,Hiep…, was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer great local recommendations. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort. Couldn’t ask for anything else with the price i paid. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôte a été très accessible et aidant. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été bienveillant et réactif (mention spéciale à David 😉). L’hôtel est très propre, bien équipé et la chambre que nous avions a été complètement remise à neuve il y a peu de temps. Le personnel a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions, nous a permis un late check out jusqu’à 19h, nous a aidé pour réserver notre taxi. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié mais reste bon. Je recommande très fortement! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!
