Waterfront vacation rentals in Hoa Hai

My wife and I stayed at Trang's unit for approximately 1 month; by the time we left, it felt like home. Great location, close to the beach, many amenities and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. In-suite laundry was very handy for longer stay. The host (and her team!) is very nice, helpful, and responsive. Notes/advice: * firm mattresses, which may or may not suit you * tower B has more elevators, may be faster than using tower A's * can be noisy outside (true of the entire An Thuong area), but quiet in the unit if windows are closed

The place was clean, it was as described. The host is responsive, enthusiastic, nice. The location was conducive to my schedule.

We had such a lovely 2-night stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. The location is perfect, right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, super close to the city center and easy to get around. The sea view was stunning, and the full-glass balcony made everything feel so open and refreshing. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 😋 The host and co-host were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Enmy, who was so supportive and welcoming during our check-in. Everything was well-prepared and clean when we arrived. My bf and I truly enjoyed the time here - it felt so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely come back here for our next trip to Da Nang!💕💕

10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

Nice room, clean and new.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Clean and beautiful apartment with the clear view of Han river, perfect for fireworks festival viewing. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

The place is beautiful and clean. About 10mins from the old town and easy to get grab. The nearby houses are still empty however there's a security post right in front so it felt safe. Host is super responsive and made great recommendations

This is the best place to stay. The accommodation condition is very similar to the photos It was so clean and I stayed comfortably to the point that there was nothing missing. I was worried about bugs and pests for my first trip to Da Nang, but I didn't have to worry at all. It's not for nothing that it has a high rating. I had a much more comfortable stay than a 5-star hotel. Thanks to the quick and friendly host, I had a very comfortable stay without any inconvenience. Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
