Welcome to a modern, open-plan single-storey house, tasteful material choices, 140 m2 with everything you need. The house is located in a peaceful area. You have a beautiful nature directly outside the house. About 7 minutes by car into the city center , bus station 600 meters from the house. Garage is rented out in separate listing 5 beds of which 1 160 cm , 2 120 cm, 2 80 cm . Bed linens and towels are not included and is something you bring. Pillows and duvets are of course provided in each bed. Note Cleaning not included

The accommodation consists of an old soldier pit, where the main building consists of kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor as well as on the upstairs 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room as well as a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds as well as a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. In the guest house there is also access to washer, dryer and drying cabinet.

Cottage with luxury, bird chirping and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal crown and luxurious bedding. Sea view and spit down to City Lake, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loan of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )are staying on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Right now, renovation of the cottage is underway. We'll open up for reservations when it's ready . Here you will find a quiet and nice place to just relax. Hike in the forest and countryside. Pick raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, and mushrooms. Experience wild animals and birds. Fishing in lakes nearby, fishing licenses can be purchased. Kärnskogsmossen nature reserve is close to our small cottage with great views and nature. Please visit the mining museum in Zinkgruvan.

Cozy and Modern Holiday Apartment

The apartment is located upstairs in a newly built property. The property sits on a private plot and the landlord lives in an adjacent house. The apartment is 70m2 big, has a big bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two sleeping lofts, accessed via a loft ladder, with two single beds in each loft. There is also a large balcony with both a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a gas barbecue. The apartment is modernly equipped while having a cosy and personal touch.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent.
