Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
