Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Med stora fönster som släpper in naturen, en bekväm säng uppe på loftet, fullutrustat kök och badrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och vedeldad kamin för extra mysfaktor. A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
