We highly recommend the apartment at Gerhard's! Communication in advance, arrival, check-in everything worked out fine. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood with a nice neighborhood was great, the house with garden well maintained, the apartment very clean, everything modernly furnished with plenty of space and despite the attic surprisingly cool as the temperatures climbed to 30 degrees. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there is now a washing machine (not yet in the description). What I was missing was a handrail/railing on the stairs up. Gerhard is very nice and responded very quickly to questions. We felt very comfortable with him and enjoyed the time in his apartment very much. The place is a nice little town and the nature around it is a dream. We will be back!

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very nice and spacious location. The house offers everything you can imagine and communication was tip top with the very friendly hosts. We felt comfortable and would book the house again. Thank you to Susan and Sabine!

Welcomed in the driveway by our gorgeous hosts Petra and Gerd. Shown through the wonderful studio and spent the next 3 days exploring Köln and Bonn. Beautiful courtyard to sit and relax in the afternoon/evening. We went to the local Greek restaurant the first night we were there and another night we had a lovely charcuterie in beautiful surroundings of the studio. This is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in out of 170. Highly recommend, this host is definitely 5/5
