Vacation rentals with a patio in Historic District, St. Augustine

Rachel was amazing. She let us check in early and replied to all my messages super quickly. Beautiful home and a great location!

Monique and Jared were wonderful hosts! Anytime we needed anything, they responded to our text quickly and they took care of our need within a few hours. They were great at recommending restaurants and things to see and do. We would definitely stay there again! We had a great time!

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

Stan is EXTREMELY easy to reach and responsive! There is easy access to the beach across the street along with restaurants and coffee shop and smoothie shop all within walking distance. Stan was on top of making sure the 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit were clear for us at all times since others were trying to park there. If you are a light sleeper, a bit of outside/street noise could be an issue n the front bedroom. Clean unit and looks exactly like the pictures. We had an enjoyable stay and will return!

This place was way more than we expected! 5 full rooms and a bath and 1/2! We loved coming home at night! We were able to cook our own food and had full fridge for leftovers! Laundry too! When St.A. was real busy we had a perfect retreat to come back to. Just in love with the place!! So much better than a hotel. Quiet neighborhood and quick walk into St. A. We felt right at home!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

Enjoyed that the home was pet friendly. Short drive to the historical district and beaches. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood.

We highly recommend Debbie’s rental! Everything was impeccably, clean and well thought out. She had everything we could possibly need which we truly appreciated as we were in town for a wedding. We were very comfortable our entire stay…the beds were perfect and the air conditioning worked great… we were nice and chilly (just like we prefer!) the whole time. Several friends stopped by and were so impressed with our pretty, spacious house. We are so thankful we found this place and will definitely stay again if we come back to Saint Augustine.

I came to St . Augustine for a work convention and brought my family. This was a home away from home. Lots of space, everyone was comfortable! Also we were close to museums and beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place, the street was very dark and hard to turn around on but that’s not his fault so I’m not holding that against him but as far as the place, it felt just like home, was super clean, and he responded fast, I was concerned I wasn’t going to get approved because of how late it was but he got me and my family in with no issues and we slept like babies, I enjoyed the shower in the back behind the kitchen, I would recommend and would definitely stay again, hopefully the price will be a little more reasonable

Beautiful home, accessible to historic St. Augustine and a quick drive from the beach. Gabriel was a helpful, communicative host as well.

Great little carriage house just blocks away from downtown in a quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the usable outside area and also being pet friendly was super helpful. We would definitely rebook this place and recommend to our friends.

The Pumpkin House was an amazing experience. The home felt very homey, cozy, comfortable and safe! Super close to everything, great restaurants and so much history to explore! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the whole house was beautiful! We will be back and will only be staying at this airbnb when we visit again! I highly recommend this house!

Kirsten was a lovely host - very attentive, provided clear instructions and was very quick to respond. Great amenities - the gym in the club area even included a climbing wall. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all new appliances and comfy bed. Location is great for access to old town and beaches - Kirsten even provided chairs for the beach along with a beach blanket and towels which we thought was a really lovely touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting St Augustine

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
