This location is just minutes from downtown, OSU east hospital, and Franklin park. If you are planning on having a quiet evening or weekend, then this is the place to stay. If you are planning on having a party, this is not the home for that. My home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors will complain about the amount of people and the noise level. If this is the case, then you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.
