In general, it's good, very clean and spacious, a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Undoubtedly, the festivities will be nearby in what has become the family meeting point. See you in December 2025.

It was my first time renting a house and it was a good experience, we all had a great time. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms have hot water and the pool was still warm at night, plus it's not very deep. It's a great option to rest. The only difficulty we had was getting there, but that was out of the hosts' hands. They are excellent hosts, attentive and friendly. We hope we were good guests :) I hope we can come back soon, thank you very much.

This location is huge! The pictures do not do it justice. In the front house there is a small fountain and garden, with a master bedroom and bathroom. Two living rooms. Three additional bedrooms. With two full bathrooms and a half bath. There is a pool and another garden that connects to the back house. With a beautiful private suite that has a small office area, living room, and great bathroom. You could comfortably fit 10 to 12 people in here. I was very happy with the location. The host lives in another country and time zone. So expect 4 to 5 hours for response times. We were greeted by a housekeeper who gave us a full tour. The Wi-Fi was wonderful, and the neighborhood is very safe. It was roughly a 30 minute Uber ride and six dollars to get to Chapultepec. And a $9 uber in 50min to the airport.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is very nice and the area is quiet, the pool water is at a good temperature and it has everything you need

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming host and always very attentive to our needs. The airbnb has great style and the rooms are large and accommodating. He also provided great recommendations also on things to do around the city. We would stay here again!

Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

Jeremy's home was perfect for our group! He was very communicative and always available to help. The home was spacious beautiful and so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Would definitely return!

Wonderful host. The dogs were very cute, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The location is incredibly close to a metro stop and also close to a nice park. It's a good location for the price.

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

This is the most wonderful place to stay! Horacio and Arturo were kind, friendly, welcoming, and responsive to every question or need we had. The house was exactly like the excellent photos online and felt like home after our two-week stay. It was very hard to leave, and we will stay again if we ever return to CDMX.

From the moment we stepped into Natalia’s place, it felt like discovering a hidden gem in the vibrant heart of Mexico City. Situated right next to the enchanting Chapultepec Park—where hummingbirds flitted among the trees and squirrels and little songbirds greeted us each morning—our stay was infused with nature’s gentle magic. Just a short, scenic stroll brought us to incredible local taco spots that quickly became our go-to meals. We also walked about 15 minutes to the cable buses, adding a fun and urban twist to our exploration. The three-story house exceeded every expectation—far better than the photos. With dependable Wi‑Fi and thoughtful, house‑like touches, it offered the rare luxury of feeling truly “at home” while abroad. We loved returning after our outings to Roma Norte, La Condesa, and Coyoacán, settling into the comfort and charm of this serene neighborhood. Natalia was the ideal host—always just a text or call away, responding promptly, and ensuring we had everything.

I appreciated how centric Lisette’s place was to many spots. The bed was incredibly comfy and enjoyed the items in the kitchen (like the many water bottles) for guests to use. One thing was that on our first night there was a lot of noise during the middle of the night but, that’s beyond the control of Lisette. However, if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend taking some ear plugs!

This was such a wonderful experience, location, and Airbnb. The host was super responsive and even assisted us with a situation that we found ourselves in. The location is great, close to everything. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect💯 I have stayed at many airbnbs but the level of communication and attention to detail was next level here. They accommodated all our needs and requests. And the stars of the show were Elvis and her sister who made sure every request was met. Worth every penny and more to be in this lovely quiet safe neighborhood. Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!
