Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city center. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbor nearby, garden on the front side of the residence. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Towels and bedsheets are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an extra fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning is ordered separately. See the checklist for checkout on the exit door. Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

Here you are close to nature with easy access to beaches, swimming areas with sandy bottoms, rocky shores and several great coastal trails. We offer safe and peaceful surroundings for children - perfect for swimming, boating and active outdoor activities. This is a Sørland idyll close to the archipelago and nature.

Grimstad: Cabin close to the sea

Modern cabin with lake view and all amenities, on Vessøyneset, between Arendal (10 min) and Grimstad (10 min). Built in 2015, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large, open living room/kitchen solution. Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
