A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

The apartment with balcony is located in downtown Emden, in a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. It is rather quiet. Nearby are shops, mostly retail. There are nostalgic lanterns on the street. Every event in Emden is within walking distance. The interesting thing about the apartment is the neighborhood. The OttoHuus is very close, about a 2-minute walk, as is the old inland port with its old traditional ships. More than worth seeing.

Here we rent our small centrally located apartment. It is only 300 m from the Ems-Jade Canal cycle path and about 1 km from the Kesselschleuse. The city center is also close by at 2.5 km. Fresh rolls and groceries are also no problem. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away. The VW factory can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. In summer, a small garden is at your disposal.
