On the uninhabited island of Ototojima, which can be seen from the harbor, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as cave cruising, trekking across the island, and fishing. A little further south, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean at "Umagase" and "Sea-cruz" , also surfing at the best of surf spots in Japan *The small cafe is opening in the property in July 2025.

You will have exclusive use of this Lodge. No other guests. We have built a luxury lodge with irori and log stove. Enjoy a beautiful architectural space decorated with a fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian style. Take in views from the balcony, or curl up on the sofa in front of the log stove. The Lodge is decorated with local artisans work. Soak in the ambience of 444 years at our Buddhist temple. Surrounded by stunning scenery you can explore Mt Aso area and Takachiho.

標高９００ｍに位置する、避暑地の別荘地帯にあります。 １日１組限定なので、お子さまがいらっしゃっても気兼ねなく過ごせます。 九重連山が見渡せるコテージからの眺め、様々な鳥の鳴き声、夜空に煌めく星や月の光をお楽しみ下さい。 気軽に別荘ライフをご体験いただけます。 当Villaは、お食事や食材の提供はしておりません。 近隣には夜に外食できるところが少ないため、自炊がおすすめです。 キッチンには調理家電、器具、食器などそろえております。 また、車で１０数分のところに数か所温泉があります。 ＊4月下旬～10月初旬は庭でBBQができます。それ以外の時期は寒さが厳しくおすすめしません。庭にある炉は無料でお使いいただけます。BBQ用品一式は￥2,500でご準備いたします。持ち込みは無料。 屋根がないため雨天時は不可。 室内での焼き肉は可能ですが、別途特別清掃費として￥2000頂戴いたします。焼き肉プレートはお申し出いただきましたらご準備いたします。
