A lovely, cozy (complete privacy) vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district; you will be staying with the harbor master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam corn mill. Come here to relax with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle; you will find peace and quiet here, and you will be awakened by the titmouses, blackbirds, and sparrows (sometimes on Sundays by the church bells). This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the beauty of the old village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Tastefully decorated vacation home with a spacious terrace and views over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers festival will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. It is a unique opportunity to experience these events, but they do cause noise pollution. If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is better to choose a different period. The Hanzekop team.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located characteristic place. You are in the countryside, in a rural area. You can walk to the lake (Markermeer) and have a swim. There are some restaurants, the famous cheese-market and you can rent a boat to see Edam through te canals. You can visit beautiful old villages near by on our bikes. In twenty kilometers you are in Amsterdam city. There is a very good connection by bus, it takes twenty minutes. A comfortable chance to visit the museums.

Hoeve Vertrouwen

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

This spacious, detached upstairs apartment has a sheltered roof terrace and a living room with lots of windows that offer views of the famous Oldehove and the green, water-rich Prinsentuin. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is situated in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance. One of the most beautiful town squares in Friesland, "De Merk," is just a stone's throw away. There is a lot of parking space around the cottage. Even trucks are no problem.

Slot Hylpen is a monumental building in the center of the former Zuiderzee town of Hindeloopen. A stately mansion built in 1795 where old and new come together. Many authentic details such as marble floors and oak stairs have been preserved and combined with contemporary comfort, including a modern kitchen, lovely beds and WiFi everywhere. The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south.
