Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hin Lek Fai

Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

The place was awesome. It's a stone's throw away from Cicada and Tamarind night markets, for dinner and for a bit of shopping. Pool is great too!

This is a very comfortable leisure resort.The swimming pool is huge and the apartment staff is very polite.Thanadol is very considerate and helpful.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Very close to 7/11. Beachfront with great pool. Although a fair distance to main part of cha am. Place was as described, check in very flexible as we arrived very late. Help was always there. Only thing I would say is the amount of mosquitos even keeping doors and windows closed it managed to still get in. Host provided mosquito bats though. Good stay overall

Penn’ house was located at an excellent place and clean! Near beach & mall, of course, you need to have 10mins walk. Check in date there was a small problem and thankfully hosts replied quickly and solved immediately. And I have an unforgettable experience during my last stay night, the building was stopped electric because of the heavy rain, however, Penn was very friendly assist to contact building management for following up. I just want to say, just find Penn if you have any problems, they are friendly & helpful.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

A great getaway villa if you want to stay away from all the city noise! Plenty of space within the villa, everything is as showed on photos, the host and her husband are very friendly and nice people! Especially loved the pool!

Nice studio apartment with a comfortable bed and great facilities. Friendly/helpful guards with easy check-in. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

The house is very nice, right as the photos and enough of essential facilities. The host is so helpful with very clear information provided for stay.

Easy place to kid proof. Plastic plates, bowls and cups provided. The property is very dense (lots of units) but the landscaping and common areas are nicely designed.

This wonderful apartment is located very well within Hua Hin. Very close to a daily night market the offers all kind of delicious food and goods. There are a great variety of restaurants reachable by food. Also the beach is close enough to easily be reachable by food. Another possibility to cool down is the nice and clean pool that can be used by residents. The apartment itself was very nice and exactly like depictured. The owner where very well reachable and quick in responding to any kind of question. All in all we had a wonderful time here and would come back to this apartment any time again.

Have stayed is several air B&B all over the world. Hard to find someone who is a responsive, friendly and respectful. You will not be regret staying here i promise you. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive while staying in this beautiful condo. Will recommend it to my friends for sure.

I had a very pleasant time in Hua Hin! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Everything worked smoothly, from communication to the key exchange. Especially the proximity to restaurants, the beach and markets was a big plus. I felt completely comfortable and would book here again anytime. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely wow! This accommodation made us fall in love with Hua Hin. The place is very comfortable, and well-maintained. The condo community is fantastic too — with an amazing pool, a well-equipped gym, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Runchita is a wonderful host — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Exactly as described, would recommend this space for a couple needing accomodation in Bangkok for a few days.

what can I say Martin and his partner were extremely helpful and responded within a very fast time to any quiries we had. the home is compact but for 2 persons it's perfect a/c's worked very good as did all the other facilities and in this very well kept apartment. we have stayed in Cha-am quite a few times previously and we love going there no music blaring out till week after midnight your not pestered as you walk around to buy this or that if you are aproached you just politely say no thanks and they go on their way. we're hoping to make another trip probably next year again, we have no doubt about it Martins place is on our must go list. thank you for letting us be your guests.
