We found this Airbnb to be a cozy, charming one-bedroom that had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is within easy walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. There's plenty of parking on the property, and the other guests staying in neighboring units were quiet and friendly, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. Dania was responsive and accommodating, even working with us on an early check-in. Her local recommendations were also spot-on and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Not to mention the small pile of pet-friendly items (bowls, towel, etc) was a thoughtful touch, as we were traveling with our dog and cat. Overall, a great little spot for a low-key stay in a fantastic location!

Great apt. Bld was little bit shady I had a kid ask for money while at the pool. Sean will look into it. But great place would have like a different bld.

Great place for one person or one couple! Comfy bed. I was alone so this was great for what I needed

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

The hostess did everything she could to make sure that my needs and accommodations were met. It got off to a rocky start but smoothed out once we got an understanding of each other

Found all the beds comfortable, made use of the games avaliable,(darts,pool table, ping pong table ,etc.) clean home and worth the money. Marts and food withing walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy's place. The house was true to the pictures. The central location was convenient for us to take in many of the things Tampa has to offer. Downtown, Busch Gardens and Ybor City were a short drive or Uber away. Clearwater beach was just 30 minutes away and well worth the drive. The house is small with limited room to congregate but very clean and offers everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It worked very well for myself and two teen grandchildren as we kept on the move during our 4-night stay. The host was exceptionally responsive which was much appreciated.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

We had a really nice stay at Donald’s place. It was roomy, updated and a master bathroom shower to die for. He even left us cookies/candy and money for Publix..! Who does that? So far in my travels only Donald. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most complete, clean and organized properties I have stayed in. Beautiful house with everything you need to spend a few wonderful days at the beach. The backyard is huge and beautiful , the jacuzzi is a plus 100/10 and the beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, I give it 5 stars because it is the best but it exceeds 5 stars. 100% recommended. It is located just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

Perfect get beach getaway! The place was extremely clean and had everything listed and then some. We walked to the beach within five minutes. Would definitely stay here again. A bicycles were a nice touch.
