As the shops are 200 meters away, the parking of the residence will bring you serenity.

New ground floor apartment by the sea in Sables d'Or Les Pins in the Casino residence. The large beach is only 50 meters from the apartment. The accommodation has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen dating from 2019, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 20 m2 wooden terrace. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet. Restaurants, bars, the Nautical Club and the Casino are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation and the 18-hole golf course is 800 meters away.

We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)

Linens are provided as well as towels and cleaning at the end of the stay except kitchen area
