The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub).
