Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.
