The location is idyllic and perfect to unwind after a long day. Those who like to walk will love the rural surroundings. Despite the quiet location, you can reach shopping in just a five-minute drive – a great combination! The amenities were completely sufficient and corresponded exactly to the description. The friendly welcome and fast communication were particularly pleasant. If questions arose, they could be asked quickly by message or directly to Bastian's parents on site. Parking was available right in front of the building. All in all, a great stay – I'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Renate's! The apartment is very large and really has everything you need to feel comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very flexible and Renate responded quickly and reliably to all inquiries. We will be happy to come back, thanks again!

Strategic accommodation for the Hanover Fair - clean, well-maintained, quiet and perfect - I only suggest 2 things: for those who go, a mask for the light in the morning as there are NO blackout curtains in the room - for Leonard, a tip: Given the accommodation is so beautiful and well-maintained, clean and well-stocked, the lack of bath foam - shampoo and hair dryer is a shortcoming that should be changed, this is the only suggestion. I will definitely be back with him in 2 years at the next Hanover Fair. Recommended, really good Leonard!

Even before my arrival, communication with Lars was exemplary. I was informed about current events at all times. Everything went super easy. I was very warmly welcomed by Lars and I can't thank him enough for this very pleasant stay in Lars' beautiful studio apartment. I found the apartment nicely prepared and clean. There is a small kitchen, which I did not use (I was always invited to friends' houses :)), but which is very practical if necessary, especially because there is also a fridge. The surrounding area is very appealing, familiar, quiet and green. I felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back on occasion. Thank you dear Lars!

Stayed for second time here. Renate is super polite helpful and friendly. Nothing is a bother. Stunning quiet location. Walks locally. Good coffee shop and supermarket in village. Brilliant parking. Big room. Big bathroom and kitchen. Lovely garden. All lovely and will be back next year. Highly recommend.

We were more than satisfied. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. In the kitchen, everything you need is available and the cleanliness throughout the apartment is impeccable. Communication is super fast and also very sweet. Dear Peter, hiring both the upstairs and downstairs was the perfect solution for our large family to visit Braunschweig and attend a family wedding in Riddagshausen. Spacious, modern and the ideal location to relax. We even had our extended family around for a courtyard bbq the day after the wedding. Everybody was thrilled with the property and facilities. We had a wonderful family weekend at the Amtshof! The accommodation is actually even more beautiful than the pictures – hard to believe, but true. Everything is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail and has been restored with a lot of care. You can see at every corner how much effort the hosts put in to make you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything has really been thought of – we immediately felt completely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers a fantastic view when cooking. Right outside the front door, beautiful walking paths start through the fields – simply wonderful! An absolute dream of accommodation – we'd love to come back!

The was house was very nice and clean. Carmen was awesome. She texted every day to make sure we were taken care of. Whenever i had a questions, she responded very quickly and even washed some clothes for us. I would highly recommend Staying here. Carmen is the best host i have ever had.

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

Super cool apartment, with really good amenities. Plenty of space and a really nice balcony with a hot tub. The best thing about the apartment is clearly the sauna, - with good lighting, really good heat, scents and much more. Can clearly recommend the place if you are a larger group of people who need a really cool place to hang out.

We had a great weekend in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there to sleep, which was almost too bad for such a great apartment.

Everything was great so far. It would only be nice if it is stated that the spa area costs extra,although the prices were also order. Maybe you can still separate the spa area for privacy. In the bedroom, a curtain would be nice to darken. I'd love to come back.

Together with my brother, we had to do business at the fair. Quite spontaneously on the way, I found Ben's apartment. He responded quickly and welcomed us together with his daughter. We felt right at home. Ben takes great care of the well-being of his guests. The apartment looks even bigger in person than in the pictures. If you are looking for absolute peace or proximity to the fair, like to try restaurant recommendations or are simply looking for a great Airbnb experience, this is absolutely the right place.
