Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Higuey

My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids ) stayed at Juan Carlos villa in Vista Cana for 1 week. The home is very clean, beautiful backyard and pool for the kids and the whole family to enjoy. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the decor was very nice as well. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchen pans. The host left us some welcome water, sodas, chips, coffee and sugar, that was a plus. We had a very nice stay and the host was very respectful and responsive. Thank you.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything described in the listing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed , it smelled so clean when we arrived, the home is beautiful and located in a beautiful gated community. The host was very responsive and attentive. The location was literally minutes from the airport, grocery stores, and malls. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

I loved it!!! Rufina is super friendly and accommodating, she got us a domino and since it was raining we had a great time playing at night, the beach is nearby, the pool has warm water, we all loved it and we can't wait to come back, highly recommended!!!!

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

We loved staying here. We were right on the Marina so we were close to everything, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and pharmacy were all walking distance. If not you could easily find a ride on one of the many golf carts driven by Casa de Campo’s staff. We felt right at home when we got there, loved the views from the windows and would stay there again at a different time! The host was very responsive and attentive.

My recent stay at Drew's Place in Casa de Campo, La Romana, Dominican Republic, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and impeccable hospitality. Drew's Place is a stunning villa that perfectly blends modern elegance with the laid-back charm of the Caribbean. The private pool and Minitas beach were a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind after a day of exploring the resort. The outdoor living spaces, complete with cozy loungers and a dining area, were perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. What truly set Drew's Place apart was the exceptional service. Drew and his team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from arranging our arrival and food to ensuring the villa was always spotless. The golf cart provided was a fun and practical way to navigate the resort. I can’t recommend Drew's Place and Minitas Beach highly enough.

Natalia’s place was just as described and in the pictures. It was very clean and beautiful with all the basics provided. Communication with Natalia was all very good. Would 100% recommend.

Sebastian was very responsive and kind. His place was beautiful—located within the Sports Illustrated All-Inclusive resort, which was a unique but pleasant experience. I do wish it had been within walking distance to the beach, as that was something I was really hoping for, but overall it was a great stay. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only downside for me was the firm bed, but that’s a personal preference since I’m used to a soft Tempur-Pedic mattress at home. The main bedroom didn’t have a TV, which was fine, though I personally enjoy falling asleep with the TV on. All in all, the place was spacious, comfortable, and the host was exceptionally sweet and responsive.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The location of the apartment was a big plus for me - close to good restaurants, the beach and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I loved having breakfast on the small terrace. But always watch out for the mosquitoes! Communication with Javier was perfect. I received an answer to my questions within a very short time. I really appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in Javier's guidebook. I recommend all travelers to rent this apartment, right on the Bassin. Thank you Javier for having me as your guest.

Great stay in a private location!

BEAUTIFUL home!! Nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. The beaches were filled with seaweed/rocks but it’s bearable enough to still swim. Every worker was helpful, nice and aided with any question. As with the airbnb, it was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. The only thing is the water pressure was not working on the showerhead so you had to use the tiny one.

Everything was excellent! We would come back.

Amazing stay! The place was in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. The cozy rooftop was the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend!

Sr Daniel was an amazing host, very responsive, respectful and accomodating. He even provided extra water for my extended stay. He had local connections for diving and a driver for a fair price. Anna was his proxy since he lives in Spain, and she was also so kind and responsive. The area is under construction but I barely noticed. Slept like a baby, any issues that ever came up were handled instantly by Daniel and his team. This property is not only beautiful, but also private and very fair for the price you pay. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

Literally easily one of the best air bnb’s in DR. Great location. Nelson made us feel at home and whenever I do come back to DR I will definitely be staying with Nelson.

Hetver’s place was amazing and perfect for us! He was very responsive with requests and assistance with everything. His place was very nice and newly remodeled. The place fit our needs. It has a beautiful swimming pool as well and is close to everything else around!

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.
