The location was great since it was in our neighborhood, since we had to be out of our house for remodeling. The house was great very clean and had everything needed for our long stay. The pictures and description of the house were spot on and all the little extra details were appreciated. Thank you

What a delightful experience we had celebrating the holiday and our month long stay in Rose’s perfect farmhouse and spacious property! Every detail was carefully considered and tended to before our arrival, beginning with very clear and helpful directions for our stay, an easy entry, and a spotless beautiful home waiting for our family. We were so delighted to see that Rose had gone the extra mile, leaving us a beautifully decorated home complete with a fresh Christmas tree, Christmas books for the kids to enjoy, and tasteful christmas decorations carefully accenting the stylish updated home. The basketball goal and HUGE backyard, complete with a fire pit, yielded hours of outdoor play and activity as well as the toys and legos tucked away in the secondary bedrooms. The lake was a very very short walk from the back of her property, and the lay out of her home lent itself well to lovely morning sunrises complete with an occasional deer sighting, grazing on the back of the property. The location of this home was perfect for enjoying a peaceful landscape and serene retreat while still being very close to retail and having the ability to hop on highways to access places throughout DFW. The neighborhood was charming with friendly neighbors that offer a courteous wave while being mindful of the occasional jogger or walker and playing children. The house was very well maintained with updated appliances, amenities, fresh paint and comfortable yet stylish furnishings. The master suite had beautiful tall ceilings and plenty of space. It also had a desk which was great for working and an elliptical for workouts and lots of beautiful sunlight overlooking the backyard. It also had a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub, and a large walk-in closet. The other side of the house was perfect for our large family with 4 more bedrooms and 2 updated baths. The kitchen, with its large walk-in pantry, had every cooking item needed...crockpot, cookware, mixer, etc.., and the laundry room was quite spacious too, serving very nicely as an extra crafting/work space during our long stay with 2 built-in desks and a large island in the middle of the room. The coffee bar was a treat for keeping our coffee, teas, and hot chocolate easily accessible and readily available. Lastly, Rose was more than helpful with our many questions and inquiries, always quick to respond to any comments or questions and very flexible!! She is a very attentive host and willing to answer any questions with kindness and graciousness, making you feel welcome and at home. I would highly recommend Rose’s charming, spacious, stylish farmhouse to anyone, especially those who are looking for a longer stay in a very comfortable well maintained updated home that has all you need including plenty of space for work, play, or just being together with children and adults alike. Wonderful host...wonderful home!!

The place is a gem! Walking distance to the lake, very safe and quiet neighbourhood, but still with all amenities conveniently located a few minutes away. The host went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. She was also extremely accommodating and understanding with our change in dates and always accommodated our requests with a smile. We have welcomed our newborn in this house, so it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We hope to come back with him and stay again!
