The hosts were very responsive and the bnb was easy to find. It was perfect for my weekend stay and I’d definitely recommend. Everything I chose to do was pretty close by cause it was in downtown.

Javier's place was the perfect spot for our weekend. He provided clear instructions and helpful video guidance to ensure that checking in was as smooth as possible. The surrounding area was beautiful, making it an ideal location for our visit. The apartment itself was perfect, featuring a full kitchen, a walk-in closet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. This was literally THE most well-appointed Air BNB I’ve ever stayed in! It had literally everything that you could possibly need. Thoughtful touches everywhere from shampoo and conditioner, to individually wrapped condiments to coffee with to go cups and purified water jugs! And that’s just a fraction of them. The place is spacious- perfect for my family of 5 in the most desirable location of University Park just across the street from SMU and right near Snider Plaza. I will absolutely be back! Matthew was a wonderful communicator. Check in was a breeze. Heads up that the washer in the unit is coin operated- $1.50 per load but he has it set up where you get one load for free. Dryer is free. So if you’re staying awhile just know you’ll need some quarters. Thanks for a great stay Matthew- you sure do know how to wow someone with a 5 Star Stay!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic!! Spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and feels brand new. Iyad is an incredible host, super friendly and quick to respond. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing. We’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly, highly recommend!

The place is private, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was super accommodating. There is a faint cigarette smoke smell which I've read in another review. It didn't bother me much while I was there, but I did smell it on the clothes I laid out there after I got home.

We were very happy with our stay. It was exactly like the photos and Jae &Kat were very detailed in accommodations and how to get around the place. 10/10 would stay again!

What a great place to stay....Tara's apartment is so comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and then some....could not have been more pleased....a 5 star plus experience...I travel to Dallas to visit my daughter so will be checking to see if Tara's listing is available in the future.

Jake’s place was a fantastic find. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to everything but in a quiet, relaxing area. Jake was a top-notch host: friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process effortless. You can tell he puts real care into making guests feel at home. Highly recommend staying here will definitely come back!

Our second stay here for the World's Robotics competition held in Dallas. Great location, gorgeous and spacious place to spread out and relax after long days of competition at the convention center. Kevin is a tremendous host. Truly an amazing place to stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rosie's place! The home was almost perfect – clean, cute, and well-equipped with everything I needed for to ensure our bride had the best bachelorette trip. The only downside was that the place really only sleeps 6 people - not 8. One of the rooms was converted into the karaoke room and neither the couch in there or upstairs are pull out couches. We had 7 people so we ended up squeezing 3 people into the king bed in the master suite but not ideal. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent – they were responsive, friendly, and let us check in early since our flights landed in the morning. I especially appreciated the leftover decor and glassware that were bachelorette themed since we flew from out of town and couldn't pack much. There's also a backyard that's not pictured - we used it to host a private hibachi dinner. So much fun!! I would 100% stay here again.

Danielle's space was cozy and just what we needed for our weekend trip to Dallas! We felt right at home. The home is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe, and it's close to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
