Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Highland Falls

We had an amazing stay. Everything was as pictured and the space was just what we needed for our family. Spiro also went the extra mile in making the house ready for our daughter’s graduation. Communication was easy and very responsive. Thanks for everything!!!

Lovely place with lake views. 100% happy with this choice vs other offerings in the area. House is set on a hill so you are viewing the lake from a higher spot than if you were literally on the lake. Very majestic. There are binoculars on the window sill to check out boats/things going on. I enjoyed the decor/sense of style the host has. Lots of interesting books, art, turntable, board games, cards, etc. The gardens, koi pond are well maintained. Rooms and bath upstairs do have lower ceiling but this info is disclosed in the ad. It didn’t detract from the experience. Went hiking but we were not avid hikers so learning to read the trail markers was new for us. The town is very small but we found nice spots to eat/visit nearby. We did use kitchen and coffee maker. Appliances are very new. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Cool hairdryer. Host def. appreciates design. Thank you for letting us stay a few extra hours past check out. Wonderful time! Felt like I really got away from the stress.

Even better than the pictures! This was one of our favorite Airbnb experiences, super cute and eclectic house. We loved the style, the bathrooms made me want to renovate my own, and the beds were too comfortable if that’s possible lol. Perfect for vacation. The house was centrally located to the airport and the Bible museums and printery we booked to tour. Overall, we had just a lovely stay and cannot wait to go back!

This house was truly AMAZING! The level of thought that this host put into this home is truly outstanding. This was way more than we ever expected. Modern decor and amenities throughout, and the "backyard" is a true oasis! All the things you might need for relaxing or entertaining! The hot tub was great and provided an amazing view of the mountains. Relaxed by the fire pit for evening drinks. Each bedroom had super comfortable beds and plenty of space to feel at home. Forgot something you might need?? Don't worry this host remembered! If you are a foodie, this kitchen had it all, including a wide variety of coffee and tea options, a few snacks and drinks. We could go on and on, but just know the pictures don't even do this place justice! Also had great host communication!

This was by far one of the most wonderful Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We, along with our guests, were impressed by all the thoughtful decor touches in the in the home, the clean space, and the stocked pantry. Plenty of cookware, coffee, tea, etc. if you want to cook in the home. Otherwise it’s just a three minute walk from Main Street and all the wonderful eateries Beacon has to offer. Tatiana was very responsive and welcoming!

My partner and I booked Philomena and Derek’s place for Memorial Day wknd to attend a wedding at West Point. It was the perfect location and a cute space. We went to dinner at a restaurant nearby called the Bird and Bottle Inn which was also great.

We were 2 couples staying for 3 days in June with a bit of a heatwave but AC was great. Rooms are big and not cluttered. Great master bedroom and master bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, got nice bread from Rhinebeck in the morning.

The Dream House in the Gunks is a great place to stay. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. From check-in to check-out, from bedroom to bathroom to kitchen and living area, the place met and exceeded our needs. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

We visited Erin’s place for an overnight stay with our toddler and had a wonderful experience! The space was so cozy and had everything we needed – Erin even left us coffee (& cream!) and set up a travel crib for our daughter before we arrived. The home is tucked away on a quiet side street but is seconds away from all the great shops & dining Main Street has to offer, so you get the best of both worlds. Erin was super friendly and communicative throughout the whole process and made check-in a breeze. We would happily stay here again next time we’re in Beacon!

Trisha’s place was the one that completely changed my perspective on air bnb, I really loved and enjoyed my entire experience as a whole. I’d definitely come back again thanks Trisha.

Andrea is a super warm and responsive host. The apartment is beautiful and quiet but also very close to Main Street and everywhere you want to walk to in Beacon. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Grahams place! Pros: Walkable to Main Street Easy Parking Clear instruction from Graham Booked the hot tub and enjoyed it in the evening and the following morning Cons: If you’re someone who needs a cold space to sleep, be aware that there is no direct a/c in the bedrooms, we left the bedroom door open and still woke up hot Shower/bathroom were a tight squeeze for 5’11” husband

We loved our stay. They provided everything you need plus more. So comfortable, lovely ambiance and the sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We came on a rainy day and still had a great time. Location is 10/10. Loved the calmbucha. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Lorelei’s Airbnb. Lorelei greeted us upon arrival to show us in. We had a guest on the wall leading to the door, a snake was there to see us in as well. Lorelei’s apartment is quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and you can easily create delicious dishes. Our schedule was such that we ate out the entire weekend, so no cooking for us. We were very busy on Saturday enjoying The Hudson Valley which we finished the day with a recommendation from Lorelei, Moo Moo Ice Cream. Super delicious! If I ever visit the Hudson Valley again this is where I’ll be looking to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ann Marie’s place. It’s just like the pictures, and she absolutely deserves her super host rating! She was friendly and incredibly responsive, provided recommendations for the area, and told us everything we needed to know. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of extra amenities you don’t usually find with Airbnb (snacks, travel toiletries, extra towels, hotel bathrobes, wrapped chocolate by the bed, water/milk/juice in the fridge, and more). We had a lovely swim in the pool and enjoyed wandering around Beacon and surrounding area. We would love to come back! Thank you so much, Ann Marie!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vernon, New Jersey, right by Mountain Creek. The one-bedroom space was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and inviting. The accommodations, including the pool and hot tubs, and sauna were fantastic and easily accessible. The host was very responsive to messages, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We truly appreciated the extra care he took to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Kristof’s studios at The Appalachian. As last time, he was great to rent from and very responsive. The studio was perfect for our needs as we were there for a downhill mountain bike race. It was great to be onsite the whole weekend. The studio has everything you need and being on the second floor was nice.

This was a perfect stayfor the wedding weekend we attended. Location was perfect host was fantastic and the atmosphere was just what we needed. I would recommend this condo and host to anyone.

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.

I had a great stay at Fabiola’s place! The room was very clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell. The townhome is located in a beautiful, green community that feels peaceful and well-maintained. It’s also super convenient—everything you need is just a short drive away. Fabiola is a thoughtful and welcoming host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
