Vacation rentals with a patio in Highland Council

Our stay was wonderful, the interior was beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The space was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient and easy to get around from. Highly recommend!

Appartement très grand, facile d'accès, arrivée autonome avec une attention particulière, la possibilité de goûter le whisky Highlands Black et des petites douceurs ! boulangerie et boucherie à côté pour de très bons produits! et la coop à côté. facile d'accès, pratique pour se garer. très bien situé pour notre périple 😁 pas de nuisance avec le pub à côté. Appartement en bord de route, la chambre ne donnant pas sur la route ce n'est pas gênant. A noter un(e) voisin(e) au dessus, que l'on entend si on se réveille après lui/elle. Jane a été réactive pour nos échanges.

Windwords ist eine super tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt zuhause fühlt! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Ofen spendet Wärme an kalten und regnerischen Tagen. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben und der Ausblick war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen für Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Wetter sehr schlecht, aber auch im Sturm konnten wir die Unterkunft genießen. Sarah ist eine sehr liebe und aufmerksame Person, die uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Sie ist wirklich eine tolle Host! Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Highly recommend a stay at The Bay. The location right on the beach is fantastic with picture perfect scenery as far as the eye can see. Accomodation was probably the best equipped we have ever stayed in (special little touches from torches to tupperwares) and a thoughtful welcome pack was a nice surprise. Carol was a communicative host offering us an early check in, greeting us on arrival and messaged us on the eve of our departure to offer a late check out. A perfect stay from beginning to end.

Exactly as described in the listing. A lovely clean house that caters for a weekend or longer. Ot was easy to find and enter into the whole experience was welcoming. We had a great time and felt well looked after.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen und ruhig. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Lieblingsplatz war draussen auf der kleinen Terasse, mit der schönen Aussicht und dem rauschen des Baches. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Great place with tons of room. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the cookies, teas, cereals and milk, it was a very nice touch. We definitely needed to stay longer!

Sian's house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable with very good outdoor sitting area/garden. It's very convenient for the village and local sites. Walkable to Urquhart Castle. Co-op and Italian restaurant just around the corner. Lovely pizza at the Italians. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Dal na Mara literally took my breath away. I'd seen all the photos, but the reality is ethereal! I literally spent the first day looking out the windows, listening to the wind, watching the sun move across the water, islands, and mountains. I will treasure my week of relaxation and being in the moment. The home is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and creates a wonderful home for the week. Helga has thought of everything as well as the directions. I ever closed the blinds because I wanted to see the view 24-7. Private, so I didn't feel exposed. The bed was a cloud. So many places to travel see the incomparable NW Highlands as well as Ullapool. BEST TRAVEL LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION IN 35 YEARS!!

Perfect location for exploring Skye and surrounding areas. Dornie Croft was an outstanding property very tastefully finished with everything you could need right down to lunch boxes and thermos flasks. Would not hesitate to return.

Beautifully restored and renovated cottage overlooking a gorgeous inlet at Ardheslaig. Host had some really touches to the cottage and they had thought of everything you may need during your stay. Everything seemed very new. The cottage was further out than we expected and we felt the location descriptors indicating property location was confusing. The property is located at Ardheslaig. The road leading to the property is narrow, winding and one lane and we found the cottage difficult to locate as our sat nav and google maps did not work for the last few kms due to no reception. Hosts description of looking out for a Red Phone Box outside her cottage was our saviour. Once we got there, we had no problem navigating our way to and from the cottage for day trips. Best to bring food supplies as no shops just down the road. Host certainly provided adequate staples which was great. Absolutely gorgeous cottage with amazing water views..totally recommend. Host readily contactable.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen. Der Sitzplatz mit Grill ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Wohnung war schön dekoriert und modern. Bruce ist ein sehr sympatischer und Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert.

A very stylish, comfortable, warm and cosy place to stay with views of Skye, weather permitting. Sorry it couldn’t be longer. Love the decor, very comfy lounge and bed.

We really enjoyed Rachel's place. It was close to town and to lots of activities on the island. The bed was comfortable, the shower water was instantly hot, the wi-fi worked well, the kitchen was clean (and the pots and pans looked new) the parking was off the street and private. We could walk right into town and we could drive to lots of the sites on the island. She even offered to do some laundry for us. It was the kind of private place in which we didn't even need to lock the door and didn't. I would recommend Rachel's place to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

This was a fantastic place to stay - a haven at the end of a busy day. Much thought has been put into extra touches - treats in the fridge and cupboards, dressing gowns, high quality linen - and the outlook over Loch Lada is beautiful. The well equipped kitchen lends itself to cooking in. The appliances are new and we appreciated the supplies of washing powder and dishwasher tabs. We loved everything about this place!

ich würde gerne 6 Sterne vergeben. Eine wundervolle Unterkunft, auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. das selbstgebackene Brot war sehr lecker. Danke dafür. Die beiden wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das vielleicht Beste AirBnB was wir jemals hatten.

We spent 3 nights at Winnie’s place in Highland Council on our tour of the North Coast 500. The property is very well equipped with a newly fitted kitchen and everything you’d need for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Thoughtful touches such as some sweet treats and bathroom products along with some kitchen staples added to our welcome. We were extremely impressed with the broadband speed (300+mps) for the area. I wish we could achieve something like this at home! We didn’t get to meet Winnie or Antony during our stay, however communication with them was easy, prompt and helpful. We were also very grateful to be able to check in an hour early to maximise our stay. We would highly recommend Winnie’s place to anyone looking to stay in this part of the Highlands.
