Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

It is set back from the road, has a private driveway with ample off street parking, and sits in a lovely sunny spot. The Poplars is a detached, fully equipped bungalow, set well back from the quiet B9090 road from Nairn to Cawdor. It looks out on to a front garden and farmland beyond that. There are three bedrooms, one en suite. The ensuite room has two single beds, but can be configured as a superking "zip and link" bed if required. The house can sleep 5 or 6 - but remember that one is a double bed! It may be possible to provide a child's cot - but please ask first. Privacy, with plenty parking space.
