The moment we step foot at the house, we immediately felt right at home. Everything was perfect, it was clean, and everything you need is in there. They even have a nespresso which is an EXTRA PLUS! The place is just walking distance to all four parks (hyde park is our favorite), and it’s just a bus ride away from the city. Matt, our host, is the kindest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered, you just message him and he’ll respond in seconds. I am so glad we decided to choose this place to stay for 40 days. This will definitely be the house that we’ll rent again when we come back.

My family and I stayed here when they visited Perth. It was such an amazing home away from home for us. Bruce was very flexible and went out of his way to get us settled ahead of check in time. He gave us a detailed walk through the house and made us feel super welcomed. The location was great and had so many cafes and restaurants. Every evening, we spent time together in the cosy and large living room watching TV and catching up on life. I could not have asked for a better place to spend seven amazing days with my family. Highly recommend this beautiful house to families and anyone visiting Perth! You will not be disappointed!
