If your are coming to spend time in the open air, there are several hiking trails in the surrounding area. Or just sit back with a book and your four-legged friend on the spacious porch.

Welcome to Shangri-La! A unique, private, and magical setting right in the middle of Cloudcroft. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in the Sacramento Mountains is located half-way between Cloudcroft and Alamogordo, in the small community of High Rolls. At an elevation of 6750 feet, you can cool off in the summer and play in the winter. A large outdoor deck, big fenced in yard, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and many other extras make this cabin your convenient getaway spot. This was the original General Store in High Rolls and has been completely remodeled inside and out.

We have refurbished the historic cabin and have instated a RV park for those who would like to come enjoy the crisp air of the Rocky Mountains. You may hear elk bugling throughout the mountains or see a deer passing through the park. Our cozy wooden cabin is a short drive from the historic town of Cloudcroft.

Within walking distance of the Lodge and golf course, and within short driving distance of nearby attractions such as Burro Street shopping, hiking, and skiing/tubing. The Cabin has WiFi, a smart TV, a propane heater, kitchen supplies, and coffee. Four-wheel drive recommended in winter months.
