Vacation rentals with a patio in High Point

I really enjoyed this place!! The description doesn’t do it justice. They weren’t too responsive but then I really didn’t need much information from them. Its very beautiful inside and very comfortable and it practically feels right at home. Next time I visit NC, this AirBnB will be my first choice.

I am extremely satisfied from the host. Very helpful and well communicated. I would definitely stay in Lucky’s places next time and I recommend everyone to do so.

The condo was spotless with good coffee next door and yummy bagel sandwiches across the street. If you’re a walker, many casual restaurants and a Trader Joe’s easily accessible by foot or by car. We only ate breakfasts in but appreciated the many glasses and silverware. Quiet area and friendly neighbors.

This was my second stay at this place and it's a perfect place for parents of Wake Forest students - convenient drive to campus but walkable to all the cool stuff in downtown. Far superior to any hotel I ever stayed in in that town - and I tried a lot of them over my son's 4 years!

Excellent host and home! We have used Kristen’s place for the last 4 years while our grandson attended UNCG. This was the first place we considered for his graduation and commencement week. Kristen is a lovely host and her customer service is always great. The home is walking distance to the campus and located within 5 minutes of the coliseum. The house feels cozy, warm and inviting. Many stores and restaurants are in very close proximity. Make certain to sign the guest book in dining room! 😊

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

Loved my stay it was perfect! Would def stay here again if I ever visit High Point in the future. Home was clean and felt very cozy.

Loved that she rated each bed mattress “firmness” I don’t usually review beds as I hv back issues and it’s highly subjective but man … LOVED the firm mattress! Great that she labeled the pics by firmness—thank u! I walk my dogs 4x daily so walkable is important… there is a GREAT park 5 minutes from this location -Armstrong park … connects to high point greenway… VERY zen —-GREAT place to walk pups.

We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Wake Forest. It is about 30 min from campus, which wasn't too bad, and gave us much more space for our whole family than we would've had any place we looked closer to campus. It was so spacious and the property is lovely and quiet. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well-appointed & seemed it had anything we could need. Loved the screened in porch too!

A great house for a large family. We enjoyed using the basketball court and deck especially. We did not use the firepit as the rules state no fires after 9pm and we found that to be prohibitively early. Overall a comfortable home great for large groups.

We were there in early spring so could not take advantage of all of the amenities. I am not sure the mini basketball court is mentioned in the description. So cute! My husband loved the firepit and grilled chicken one night. House is in an established neighborhood.

I had to book a place to stay last minute and Christian was very nice about working with our time schedule, which can’t always happen of course, but it worked in our favor! Such a cute place and it had everything we needed.

Sherri was super quick to respond and very helpful! The place is beautiful and in a great walkable location to many things! Sherri provides lots of recommendations of surrounding restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit High Point!

Our family enjoyed staying at Hannah’s place. The location was perfect for our needs. We took the kids (host provided free tix for them) to the Children’s Museum and they had a blast! We were able to visit some nice local parks/restaurants. Our son, who has extreme allergies to animals, had a bit of a difficult time. This listing doesn’t typically allow pets but since pets have been at this property before I think it just triggered his allergies/asthma. Even in the cleanest of homes (bc it was very clean!), it’s difficult to fully eliminate animal hair/dander from fabric surfaces (rugs, couches, etc). But again, we know he’s extremely sensitive and this is no one’s fault. We give 5 stars bc Hannah and Garet were very responsive/helpful! They were kind enough to have their cleaning lady come and remove the rug in his room and re-mop. Very sweet. The neighborhood is peaceful, and feels safe. You’ll see many passing neighbors walking their dogs throughout the day. Thank you for having us!

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

This was my second time staying at Tiffany’s place, and I absolutely loved it, again! The space is always super clean, cozy, and really well taken care of. It’s in a great, central location, and Tiffany is seriously an AMAZING host. She responds so quickly and goes out of her way to make sure everything feels homey and comfortable. She always adds a thoughtful touch that makes you feel extra special as a guest. I’m definitely a repeat offender and will for sure be back in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

A perfect home while visiting family. Very peaceful and well maintained neighborhood.

I rented this unit for the night before and night of my wedding. The space was perfect for the groomsmen and ushers to hang out and get ready. It was a great place to unwind after the wedding was over. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone coming into town for a wedding at The Event at Two Ten!

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Anthony’s place. It’s become my go to whenever I visit Winston Salem for work. I like that it’s close to the highway so it’s really easy to get anywhere. His location is quiet and private, and it’s always extremely clean.

Great place, we have stayed here multiple times and is always great!
