Our house is called Kamikura-Hideaway. It is a small 50-year-old house located at the foot of Kamikura Shrine. Contemporary artist Fulbrn revived it as the art piece "Narrative Space." This is a private rental inn in an old house that was renovated by the children of the free school "Kumanobi" through crowdfunding. Staying will support free school. Please relax and enjoy yourself in a natural environment. It is a 10-minute drive from Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine, and pick-up and drop-off is also possible. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Meals are not included, but a homemade bread set is included with breakfast.

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)
