Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. This very light and quiet studio is located in the heart of the Design District. You have small coffee shops around the corner as well as a couple of super markets. There are many tram and bus stops close by, but you can walk downtown since it’s so close! There are a number of bars & restaurants close by, where you can have a drink by the sea. You can also use the Helsinki City Bikes that are located 50m from the apartment. The studio is 30m2. I just got a new bed 05/21, and a home office!

You can easily explore the heart of Helsinki on foot or by tram, and you'll be less than 300 meters from the seafront, nestled between the elegant Eiranranta district and the maritime Hernesaari neighborhood, in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Löyly, Basbas, Osteria dei Mancini, Robusto, Lie mi, Cafe Moko, Levain, Cafe Amore... the local restaurants are fantastic. Please note: There is no elevator, but the 40 steps are easy to climb.

Fresh, clean apartment. New furniture and Scandinavian style create a warm atmosphere. Alcove with a bed for two + an extra bed in the bed chair. Large glazed balcony. Free parking in the garage of the house! Tram stops 9T and 8 in front of the house will take you to the city center in 14 minutes. West Terminal 2 is a 5-minute walk - make a wonderful day trip to Tallinn. Relaxed urban environment and a marine vibe. There are many food delights from different countries nearby.

Welcome to my cozy studio in a charming Jugend building built in 1906, located in the trendy Punavuori area and the Design District of Helsinki. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away and you will find plenty of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, design shops, parks and a beautiful cinema right around the corner.
