Bright, peaceful and cosy small flat (25 m2) in Helsinki right next to elegant Eira (wonderful Jugend style houses) and only a few steps from Eira Beach (Eiranranta, where you will see swimmers in all seasons) ! Beautiful surroundings, wonderful summer restaurant Birgitta, impressive Löyly for a special sauna experience and many delicious restaurants (Basbas, Lie Mi) and cafés (Moko Market, Levain) Enjoy! I'm sure you will find walking very pleasant and tram 6 will also take you to the centre.

Cozy studio close to Downtown!

This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

Recently renovated historical apartment in the oldest building society in Helsinki. High ceilings, full of character and light located in the trendiest area of Helsinki. Nicest cafes, bars and boutiques just around the corner. Fully furnished with all the amenities. Bathroom is not the biggest. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher, washing/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer and induction stove. Comfy sofa, big TV and big kitchen and dining table guarantee that you are going to love this place. No lift!

Fresh, clean apartment. New furniture and Scandinavian style create a warm atmosphere. Alcove with a bed for two + an extra bed in the bed chair. Large glazed balcony. Free parking in the garage of the house! Tram stops 9T and 8 in front of the house will take you to the city center in 14 minutes. West Terminal 2 is a 5-minute walk - make a wonderful day trip to Tallinn. Relaxed urban environment and a marine vibe. There are many food delights from different countries nearby.

Welcome to my cozy studio in a charming Jugend building built in 1906, located in the trendy Punavuori area and the Design District of Helsinki. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away and you will find plenty of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, design shops, parks and a beautiful cinema right around the corner. The fully equipped studio is very compact yet full of light with its high ceiling and big windows facing a peaceful courtyard.

This top floor apartment is newly renovated and it's facing the inner yard with a great view and quietness. It has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The thing I enjoy most is a balcony with nice view to the rooftops of Helsinki. Apartment is centrally located nearby Hietalahti marketplace, the sea but also a short walking distance to Kamppi and central railwaystation, if not into walking you might use nearby tram or city bikes.
