Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Experience the idyllic Sørlandet region and create lifelong memories at this cozy, unique place. The house has a great view, a well-equipped outdoor area, and access to the dock. You will have access to the entire main floor. The main floor, 2nd floor, includes a living room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and a small toilet. The house is very cozy and overlooks the beautiful village of Rasvåg and over the sea. There is a very well-equipped outdoor area with several patios and gardens, as well as fruit trees behind the house. There is a trampoline and a monkey bars.

With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with a sofa bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Ideal for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Cozy, small house in the middle of Hollenderbyen. Here you have the whole house to yourself, with a nice backyard and evening sun. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. Living room and kitchen on the 1st floor, exit to the backyard from the kitchen. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a small balcony. Beds cannot be shared. There is no parking by the house, but a parking permit in the nearby area can be purchased. There is a smart TV in the living room. Guests must use their own login to use streaming services.

Tonstadbadet is 5 min away. Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area. The house has great views of Tonstad, with comfort, privacy and proximity to everything you need - whether you are on a weekend trip, vacation or business trip Bed linen and towels can be ordered in addition.

This cozy holiday home in Tråsavik, is perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful coastal escape. The house is yours alone, with parking right outside. A 17 foot fishing boat with echo sounder and chart plotter is included. The dock is a 2 minute walk away. As a registered tourist fishing business, you can legally export your catch from Norway.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones in the entrance area. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Hervoll is known for its cultural landscape, old grinders and starting point for hiking in nature. Tenants must thoroughly clean the house themselves before departure.
