Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Cozy little house in the middle of Hollender town. Here you have the whole house to yourself, with a nice backyard and evening sun. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. Living room and kitchen on the first floor, access to the backyard from the kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. The beds can't be shared. The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. There is no parking by the house. A parking permit in the nearby area can be purchased. Smart TV in the living room. Guests must use their own login for streaming services.

With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with a sofa bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Ideal for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

The small house is as centrally located in the city as you can get. A few meters into a small area set back from the city's pedestrian street. The little house is a small oasis. In here, it is almost unreal that one is only a few meters from the public life outside. The house has a spacious and bright living room with good ceiling height, comfortable sofa and dining area. Nice kitchen and bathroom with shower. Cool and romantic bedroom with beautiful bed and canopy on the second floor. Private parking in the street behind, about 50 meters walk.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis right by the Bausje beach on Borhaug. If you like to look at birds, fish, swim, hike or just enjoy nature, then this is the place for you. It is a large, modern house that is handicap and family friendly. The house has 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms + 2 sofa beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 TV rooms/playrooms and several terraces with stunning views of the ocean and the beach, which is located right below the house, only a 2-minute walk away. You can also access the laundry and fully equipped gym.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

In Åna Sira you will find Øyvik, one of the village's finest locations, the place for all occasions; vacation, relaxation, good fishing opportunities, swimming area for the little ones, football pitch, frisbee golf course, motorsport facilities and several family activities. You can also enjoy great nature and hiking trails, where among other things Brufjellhålene and Sandviga are just a stone's throw away. (a cot) The house is located in a rural and undisturbed area, within walking distance to Lista Lighthouse, Lista Bird Station, some of Norway's best surf spots and mile-long beaches. In the garden there are several cozy seating areas and lots of sun during the summer months. Exterior sink and bench space for gutting fish. Rack for storing surfboards and hanging wetsuits to dry.

Rural house/cabin on the west Lista with 180 degree sea view Herrvoll, Farsund The cabin/house is located on idyllic Hervoll, a stone's throw from Nordberg Fort. Hervoll is known for its cultural landscape, old grinders and starting point for hiking in nature. Tenants must thoroughly clean the house themselves before departure. Regular cleaning upon departure can be ordered upon an extra fee of NOK 1,700. PS discount for weekly rent ;-)

Welcome to Kjelland, with the golf course on the property/farm. Rural, cozy farmhouse from 1750 is rented out. The house is located on Kjelland, near Sogndalstrand (walking distance). Salmon river 100 meters, lake about 400 meters and golf course with 6 holes is 40 meters from the house. Many lovely hiking areas nearby. The house is on a farm with sheep, chickens, cats and dogs. The whole house is rented out as a holiday home.
