We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. Lovely, newly-updated, open space on the outskirts of Waco. Our home is about 1500 square ft and was completed in 2017. It is located just 7 minutes away from Magnolia and countless boutiques and restaurants. We also allow pets. We charge a $10/day fee per animal. You will have the whole space to yourself. This is our home when we are in Waco so please be mindful of any belongings that we keep in the house.
