Századeleji fürdőhangulatot idéz ez a 26 nm-es bájos kislak. A keszthelyi Helikon park közvetlen közelében feltöltődhetnek az ősfák árnyékában. A parkot övező, egyik patinás polgári fürdővilla kertjében található a bérelhető kislak, amelyhez külön bejárat tartozik. A történelmi városközpont, főtér, sétálóutca valamint a Festetics kastély mind néhány száz méteren belül elérhetőek. A Balaton part és a Városi strand kb 300 méterre található, egy hűsítő séta választja el mindössze a parkon át.

Von unserem gemütlichen Altbau mit Hof & Garten (Steingrill), erreichen Sie den Stadtstrand, die Innenstad als auch den Markt fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. 2 Zimmer (je Dusche & WC) mit 3 Betten: eines davon 1 Zustell-Klapp-Bett auf Anfrage für 10 € Zusatzgebühr pro Nacht. Das 3. Zimmer hat ein Sofabett 1,40*1,80 m für 2 Pers. (mit Badewannanne & WC). Unsere Unterkunft wurde in 2025 mit neuen Betten, Matratzen, Kühlschränken, einer neuen Waschmaschine und einem Smart TV ausgestattet.

An open-concept living area features a modern kitchen island with a countertop stove. A comfortable white sofa is accompanied by a stylish red armchair, and large windows allow natural light to fill the space, offering views of the terrace.

Terrace Apartment - 200 meters from Thermal Lake

Terrace (central) apartment has the biggest terrace in the city center of Hévíz, which has a really nice and quality interior. The photos speak for themselves. It is a great choice for those guests who like to be close to the Thermal lake (300 meters) and would like to relax in a convenient apartment as they would feel themselves as at home. Everything in a closed range: restaurants, grocery shop, cinema, Café, Dentist, market, bus station, bike rental etc. You are welcome!:-)

Modern stilusban berendezett apartman, Keszthely belvárosához közel. Sétálóutca és a Festetics-kasély is 5 perc bicikli távolságra található. A bicikliút közvetlen az szállás mellett halad el. Az apartman 100nm, 3 hálószobával, a családi szobához erkély is tartozik. Az apartman előterében egy kis kávézó került kialakításra. Az apartman légkondicionálóval felszerelt (felár 2000/day) Az apartman lakónegyedben van, ezért a hangoskodás a hangos zene és bulik nem megengedettek!

Children's room with a pull-out sofa and a baby crib, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, guestroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe.

Csendes környéken kétszintes KLIMÀVAL felszerelt ház kizárólagos használattal önálló bejárattal, 2021 ben èpült komplett felszereltsègū nyàrikonyhàs terasz, ami rossz idō esetèn is tökèletesen hasznàlható. A város egyetlen utcája, ami közvetlenül a Balaton partot és az azt követő kerékpárutat érinti. A Helikon Családbarát Strand az utca végén 3 percnyi sétára. Balaton Múzeum, Festetics Kastély ès mèg több városbeli nevezetesség autóval 5 perc alatt elérhető.

A lakás csendes és udvarra néző szobákkal rendelkezik, kb. 40 m2, 2 fő részére kényelmes de a nappaliban még 2 fő részére a kihúzható kanapén "pótágyazható" Keszthely belvárosa 100 m, a Balaton azaz a strand 500 m-re található. Bevásárolási lehetőség minden irányban kb. 600 m-re. A lakásban található törölközőket kifejezetten tilos a hévízi tóra és a strandra vinni!!!! IFA 2025-ben 800.-/fő/éj a helyszínen fizetendő!
