Monthly Rentals in Het Stroombroek

Staying in Paivi's apartment is highly recommended! We rented it for a longer period of time in connection with a renovation at home, ideal. Fully furnished, neat, quiet, friendly neighborhood, private laundry in the basement and friendly reception. Easily accessible by car and with a 20-30 minute walk you are in the city center and/or on the quay. Supermarket and bakery are a 5-minute walk away.

Wonderful stay, large set up and very private. You are outside but also in a few minutes by bike in the heart of the city center in Doetinchem or Stroombroek for a refreshing dip. There is a shed for your bikes that locks. All facilities are provided, even a private garden where you look far away with sometimes some horses or ponies in the meadow. The highway is close, but you hardly notice this inside. The communication is good, Robin and Daan are very friendly and always benevolent to help with anything. We were happy to stay there for a few months to bridge to our own home!

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

I had a nice stay! If there was any questions or issues, the landlord quickly responded and fixed it. Would definitely recommend!
