The lovingly furnished half of the house is located on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Schaumburg and is a former workers' house from the Coverden domain. It is perfect for holidays in the countryside, family vacations, recreation, hiking and cycling in the Weser Uplands. Up to six people can stay in the cozy bedrooms. In front of the house, there are two parking spaces. The highlight is the terrace in the garden with lots of sun and a fantastic view of the idyllic Weser Valley.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a spacious living room with a large sofa area can be used as an extra bedroom. The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.
