Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! The situation is quiet and in a village atmosphere with nearby shopping. The landlord lives in the main house.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
