New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

By beach and harbor on South Funen

Newly renovated holiday apartment of 90 m2. Suitable for 5 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of "Skipperhuset Lundeborg", which is a large holiday apartment. It is beautifully decorated, inspired by the old seaside hotels, with striped wallpaper, straw hats and natural materials. The nicest beach is right outside the door, next to the harbor, with pleasure boats, ice houses, restaurants and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just opposite the apartment is Den Gamle Købmand, with a large selection.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
