The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . The pier of the MS Aurich is located in close proximity.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The apartment is on the upper floor of our house (private entrance) and offers spacious 100 m² space for a maximum of 7 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to the city center of Leeran. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.

The apartment is an in-law in our own house, but delimited and with its own entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the house.
