This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Independent house in the heart of the orchards. All comforts, large property totally isolated but close to all the amenities of the beautiful village of Aubel. Four bedrooms for 2 people, equipped with TV as well as a games room/office with TV as well. Large lot with 2 terraces, garden furniture, large parking lot and Corten steel barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in the quiet and with the birdsong. Late check-out on Sunday until 6 p.m.

Our cottage with bike garage, parking and garden, offers stunning views (southwest orientation for fantastic sunsets). Due to its ideal location (close to Aubel and its market, Val Dieu Abbey, RAVEL line 38), it is an ideal starting point for lovers of walks or bike rides. Close to the E42, it is less than half an hour's drive from Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps or the 3 Borders and Hautes Fagnes site.
