The house is located about 20 km from the three cities of Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and there is a good 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT in the rent.

You can hike, run and bike straight into the woods. From the house there is a fantastic view, where you can see Roskilde Cathedral in the distance, and a few meters from the house there is a view of Roskilde Fjord. There are 4 kayaks and small rowboat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 double bedroom (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the shipboard. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, hornfish, and mackerel.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Cozy private cottage, which we use ourselves as often as we can. A mix of new and old things and fully equipped kitchen. We live on Bornholm and therefore there are essentials you must bring your own for the stay - if you run out, you are of course welcome to borrow ours. No pets at the property. Plenty of space for children, both inside and out - toys and bunk beds for both kids and teddy bears.
