The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

The "Nassfeld Pass Piste View" apartment is located in Sonnenalpe Nassfeld and offers 43 m² of space for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).
