Here you will find pure nature - an idyll of lake & mountains - simple peace without much distraction. The apartment is for self-catering (own final cleaning) who like to have their peace and feel comfortable in an existing private house community. In front of the apartment there is a 20 m² garden area with garden furniture. Simply recharge your batteries in peace and quiet!

Welcome to Steinbrech, a lovely 48-m² apartment suitable for 2–4 people. With its smart layout and pleasant atmosphere, this studio offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Steinbrech has a spacious living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk bed. There is plenty of closet space and parking in front of the door. Skis and snowboards can be stored in the Holzhütte. Perfect for a vacation in nature, offering both tranquility and adventure.

Meine Unterkunft ist neben der Piste - vorm Haus. Garage, Skikeller und Ausgang sind barrierefrei. Im Haus und Nebenhaus sind Skischule/shop, Skiverleih, Kindergarten und 2 Lokale. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des sonnigen Balkons - besonders im Frühling und Sommer. Im Winter perfekt zum Skifahren, im Sommer wecken dich die Kuhglocken. Die Almen zum Wandern, das Mountainbiken und die Sommerrodelbahn einfach super. Meine Unterkunft ist auch gut für Familien (mit Kindern).
