Above All is a studio cottage with a verandah overlooking an acreage. It has funky slate floors, skylights and 12 foot ceilings. A fully loaded kitchen, which comes stocked with coffee beans, and assortment of teas. A cozy separate bedroom. There are two decks one covered, both with table and chairs and a Barbecue. We also have a PVR for recording your favorite shows.

Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
