We provide you with an apartment in a central location. The A2, A30 highways, as well as the Bad Oeynhausen Hbf train station can be reached in a few minutes. The Weser Cycling Path, the GOP Variety Theater and the Bali Thermal Baths are very close. The apartment has one bathroom with shower and wifi. The small kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster. Since a dog lives in the house, others are also welcome.

The 3-room apartment is 950 m from GOP and Adiamo, 2 km from the Heart and Diabetes Center and 1.2 km from the Balitherme. The apartment includes a parking space. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
