Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Its 2 bedrooms and separate open room with sofa bed can sleep 6 people. While the surroundings are beautiful you will never be bored here even if the weather does not play along. It has a unique floor just for indoor entertainments such as a pool table, darts board, music system and a bar corner.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Kleine gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung mit Schrankbett (1,40 x 2,00m), Schlafcouch, 50" Fernsehgerät und vollausgestatteter Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Auch für mehrtägige Aufenthalte geeignet, da Gewürze, Öl, Töpfe und Pfannen zum selbst kochen vorhanden sind. Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Regenbrause. Keller, zur Wohnung gehörig, kostenlose Nutzung von Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und WLAN.
