The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

Accommodation in the middle of Nature, and yet only 10min from Trier. Luxembourg (city) is a 25min drive away. Great for cross-border workers. Necessary car, as public transport does not arrive. Fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to enter to live. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious fields for walking and relaxing. It can accommodate 4 people, but the sofa is a bit narrow for two adults; ideally, the sofa can accommodate one adult or two children.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
